Shipping Options
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days - NT$300
- Express Delivery: 1-3 business days - NT$600
- Free Shipping: Orders over NT$5,000 qualify for free standard delivery
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to Taiwan (main island) and Hong Kong. For deliveries to remote areas or outlying islands, additional fees may apply.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your delivery status on our website or the carrier's website.

- Processing and packaging (1-2 business days)
- Shipment notification with tracking number
- Delivery to your specified address
Delivery Requirements
Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. For large furniture items, the delivery team may require assistance with access to your building.
